Associate Professor in Banking and Finance at Sapienza University of Rome, where he teaches “Corporate Finance” and “Corporate and Investment Banking”. He is the author of several publications on banking strategies and organization, bank business models, performance evaluation, internal control systems & risk management, private equity & venture capital, corporate finance. For years he has been working on projects for the analysis and optimization of company organizational models, implementation and strengthening of internal control systems, support and strengthening of the Internal Audit, Risk Management and Compliance functions within various credit and financial institutions.
