Paola Bongini is Full Professor of Banking and Finance, University of Milano-Bicocca, where she teaches Financial Institution Management and Investments. Her research interests are in empirical banking, financial regulation and financial literacy/education. Her works have been published in the British Journal of Management, Journal of Banking and Finance, Sustainability, Small Business Economics, among others. She has been involved in several national and international research projects and in relevant outreach activities both in the financial and nonprofit sector.
